At the gym this morning I talked to a guy who wanted to know how to get rid of his "front porch". He told me that no matter what he did he could not get rid of the fat around his mid-section. After talking to him about the basics of diet and exercise I quickly realized something; he had no interest in what I was saying! He told me he had heard all that before and that he has tried it but never was able to see changes. Then I asked him if in the 2 years he has been coming to the gym, has he ever changed his workout routine or his diet approach. His answer of course was "No". You know the definition of insanity right? Repeating the same task over and over and expecting a different result. Well, this guy is insane! I told him to check out this video and seriously consider something new both for diet and exercise.
